Refund policy

At NdazzlesDesigns, we strive to provide premium-quality artificial jewellery. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we maintain a strict return policy.

Returns Accepted Only If:

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • The product is damaged during transit

Important Conditions:

  • Customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.

  • The return request must be raised on the same day of delivery.

  • The unboxing video is mandatory proof.

  • Returns without valid proof or raised after delivery day will NOT be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used jewellery

  • Products without original packaging

  • Returns requested after delivery day

  • Change of mind cases

Refund Process:

  • Once the product is inspected and approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
